At NoFoodAlone, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair service to all our users.

Free Trial Credits

All new users receive 10 free AI credits upon registration. This allows you to fully experience our core features before making any purchase decision, including:

  • AI-powered receipt scanning
  • Smart recipe recommendations
  • Ingredient recognition
  • Expiry date tracking

No Refund Policy

Because we provide free trial credits to all users, we do not offer refunds for paid subscriptions. Before subscribing, you have the opportunity to:

  1. Test all features using your free credits
  2. Evaluate the service to ensure it meets your needs
  3. Make an informed decision before committing to a paid plan

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Log in to your NoFoodAlone account
  2. Go to MeSubscription
  3. Contact our support team to cancel

After cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • You can continue using the free plan features

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis:

  • Technical issues that prevent service usage
  • Duplicate charges due to system errors
  • Other circumstances at our discretion
