Cook Rice
Cook rice in rice cooker according to package directions.

Prepare Pork and Choy Sum
Thinly slice the pork. Chop the choy sum into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic and ginger.

Stir-fry Pork and Choy Sum
Heat a pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add a little oil, then stir-fry the pork until browned. Add the garlic and ginger, then add the choy sum and stir-fry until wilted. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.

Microwave Egg
Crack the egg into a microwave-safe bowl. Add a tablespoon of water. Cover with a microwave-safe plate or plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the egg is cooked to your liking.

Place cooked rice in a bowl. Top with the pork and choy sum mixture. Place the microwave egg on top.
